I was shocked to see Postmark open rates were an 11% improvement over SES in our test. Needless to say we started sending all of our transactional email through Postmark.
Postmark blows every other transactional email product out of the water.
On top of all the tracking info, in almost four years with Postmark, I can’t remember a single time an outage impacted our business.

We were using one of your competitors because they featured a freemium plan. However we were getting complaints on a weekly basis that emails weren’t reaching clients. I’ve used SendGrid, Mandrill and Postmark for transactional email in production. Amazing how much better Postmark is than everyone else.
We use Postmark and are very happy with it. Switched from SendGrid due to security problems, dodgy UI, and not storing email content.
...I've been with Postmark for a few months. Their system is definitely better than SendGrid and SparkPost...two services I tried before moving on to Postmark.

Understanding what types of emails are bouncing, being marked as spam, or being blocked by an ISP makes it easy to know when an email was sent and what happened to it. Postmark has a reputation for high quality. Even though there are several good companies, we were convinced by Postmark’s clear documentation and transparent roadmap. Further, building email infrastructure is really a partnership — we wanted to invest in a platform that would continue to grow along with our needs, not one that was fairly static and falling behind the technology curve.
Unfortunately we didn't have great luck with @SendGrid, using @postmarkapp now & very happy with it.
For outgoing transactional mail I strongly recommend Postmark. Had bad experience @ Mailgun and SendGrid with delivery.
Had a horrific experience with SendGrid so i would avoid. We use Postmark and are very happy with it :D

I’ve successfully setup email verification emails using postmark and I can’t believe how simple it was compared to Mandrill and SendGrid!
Your API is simple and succinct, but provides everything needed, compared to the archaic mess of Mandrill.To cut costs I attempted to switch to SendGrid, but their integration verification stage repeatedly failed for me, and customer support just brushed me off.So I took my business elsewhere and that’s how I found you guys, what a great service you’re running here. I’m currently encouraging all my clients to switch to Postmark.

The only service I can find that delivers transactional Wordpress emails faithfully. I have already recommended to multiple people. I just went out of my way to recommend to a large agency in our town yesterday. Can't wait to upgrade our account and get more of our clients sites using Postmark.
I SERIOUSLY LOVE YOU! I am not kidding. Other provider's mail would often end up in spam or the service would be very confusing. One team, cohesive product, HUMANS! What's not to love. Keep doing what you're doing!
You have an excellent user interface and very good spam reputation service. Combined with the pay-what-you-use subscription a better alternative to Mailchimp and its expensive Mandrill moneymaking machine.
I came from Mailgun, which gave me headaches. Every second counts when we send an alert to gamers. I love the fact that I can see when mails are opened and how long the whole process took. It just works, which is not so obvious apparently (looking at Mailgun). Thanks Postmark Team <3 !
I finally moved from SendGrid to @postmarkapp for @MetricsWatch. So happy! Great support, awesome product, stellar delivery and speed.
Postmark fixed our entire order and shipping conformation email process. Our previous provider had a lot of our emails lost in limbo or not reaching customers for days. Since switching to Postmark, we sleep easy knowing our most important emails are always delivered as soon as a customer orders.
My customers are so confident in their transactional email now, that they no longer include 'check in your spam box' in their website messaging anymore. Account email confirmations and missing invoices are a thing off the past. The activity feed gives myself and my customers total confidence in using email for important tasks again.
I was using SendGrid's free plan when it suddenly stopped worked because their IP had been blacklisted and blocked during a critical radio station fundraiser for an account. Their support's response was if we paid for Pro it would work because the "free" plan is used for testing, although I know that's not the case. I switched to Postmark and within 45 seconds under the free trial all the emails were being delivered. Each and every single one of them. Thank you Postmark for a superior software product!
I came from Mailgun and left because too many emails went missing. Now, my email shows up instantly for people and the amount of time I save on support requests is worth it. A+ quality service.
Been using @postmarkapp for all of 10 mins and it's already clear that it's significantly better than AWS SES.
At #Bokio we are now using @postmarkapp instead of @Mail_Gun. I really liked mailgun but we needed far better delivery as our emails are very critical.
Before Postmark we were using SendGrid, but we had lots of problems with the IP reputation, and they wouldn't move us to another IP range. So we decided change providers, and we are very happy with Postmark.
Easy to set up. Great API. Rapid mail delivery and no spam issues. We moved from Mandrill because of terrible deliverability and am pleased to say it’s been well worthwhile....we’ve even saved money. Thanks Postmark Team….you rock!!
Postmark has stellar customer service. I don't think I have ever waited more than a few minutes for a response to an email. I also like the degree of interest that the representatives take in my specific circumstances. I felt like they took the time to really understand what I needed and then proposed the best solution for me.
Postmark’s quality shared IP reputation let us hit the ground running when migrating from another provider.
The migration was a piece of cake. The API was very easy to use. Your website is awesome! The only feedback is that I wish there was a "Search" feature in the API Docs, other than that, your website is a perfect work of art!
I don't plug products much, but good god damn @postmarkapp has made us very, very happy. An order of magnitude better than running our own mail.
Postmark has much better deliverability, an amazing dashboard with really good insights.

Postmark’s API is consistent, super stable, and fast. The UI has remained consistent. The brand looks almost the same. There's a sense of continuity rather than flux. Not constant changes in the branding or UI, or chasing unnecessary features. Postmark has done a really good job of growing and changing in little ways that are beneficial, not detrimental, to me as a customer.
